Purpose of the project:

Identification of new sales markets, development of a marketing strategy, verification of the company’s operations in terms of business, financial, sales, production, management and internal procedures, identification of the company’s strengths and weaknesses, preparation of a strategy for an effective search for contractors and associates, analysis of export growth opportunities.
